The Training Jacket
What is the Training Jacket? It is a multi-purpose tool that allows you to search for fellow Master Instructor Association members using specific criteria, and email all or just a few members right from the system. You can edit your own profile, contact information and password in the Training Jacket. Additionally, you can log, track and print reports of your own training resume. Not only can you track every hour of training you receive (or provide), but also track other information directly related to your personal career.
There is also a Community Resource Folder, where you can upload Power Points, Documents, and other files that can be shared with the other Master Instructors. You have the ability to post training events as well as news and updates for other members to view.
In addition, we will be using Training Jacket in the near future to help facilitate collection of dues and you will be able to see your status using the “My Status” button on the home page of your Training Jacket. (For now you can disregard the cancel date and amount paid.)
To begin using this on-line tool, click the link here for the Training Jacket. If you have not yet signed in you will need to have your password emailed to you. To do so, follow these instructions:
Step 1 : Go to http://www.trainingjacket.com
Step 2 : Click on “Forgotten your password?”
Step 3 : Enter your email address
The system will automatically generate a new password and send it to your email address. If you have any difficulties, go to the “Your Feedback” button on the left side of the home page of the Association website, fill in the feedback form and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.
